We’re supposed to be good at this one. As mums we like to chat, we like to find out about each other – we like to talk about all sorts of things, what our kids like, where to go for child friendly restaurants.

Customer relationship is no different really – it’s just about getting to know your customers, and talking to them, regularly, keeping them up to date with new and interesting information – but you knew that already didn’t you?

When we’re so busy chasing after new customers, we sometimes forget our best friends, our existing customers – we assume that they’re going keep buying from us – but like you they’re busy too, and they’ll go somewhere else if it’s more convenient or cheaper – so it makes sense not to take them for granted.
